WARM UP
Sweet questions: In order to get to know each other and to foster a nice atmosphere in the group class we fill a paper bag with candies wrapped in colored paper. A question is written in each paper. We say our name, take a sweet and answer the question.

ACTIVITIES TO PRACTICE LANGUAGE OR TO REVISE CONTENT
​
Listen and guess: We show pictures of different families and talk about them. Key vocabulary is introduce. Then we describe a family and in teams they must guess. We write down useful descriptive expressions. Then, they play the game in small groups.
Family cards: Card game to form families at the same time they revise the vocabulary related to family members and structures such as "I've got..."
Snakes and ladders: The board game has questions students must answer to go forward.

TASKS TO PRODUCE LANGUAGE
Interview: They interview their classmate and try to find out how their families are.

Creative writing:

They bring a picture of their family and use it to describe. They can share their work with their classmates in small groups.
